Haugastol er ikke blant de storre stasjonene pa Bergensbanen og ekspresstogene betjener ikke stasjonen. Rallarvegen har sitt utgangspunkt ved Haugastol. Breen er den sjette storste pa det norske fastlandet og ligger i Ulvik og Eidf.
